Terms and Description
Please remember that all credit card reservations are released at 4:00 P.M. throughout the summer and on all Saturdays. During the non-summer months, credit card reservations are held until 6:00 P.M., except on Saturdays. For later arrivals, we request a one-night prepayment, payable by check or by money order. On festivals, holidays and special events, The Commodore will require a one-night prepayment to guarantee all reservations. Check with the hotel if you are un-sure of the time to which your reservations will be held. Please plan your traveling times accordingly.

All rooms, and all public areas, at The Commodore are non-smoking.

All guests must be, at least, twenty-one years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The Commodore will accept credit cards, and reservations guaranteed to credit cards, only from those whose name appears on the respective credit card.

Reservations for family rooms must be guaranteed by a one-night prepayment (check or money order only).

All prepayments must be received, at least, ten business days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Description
Reservations guaranteed by a one-night prepayment (paid by check or by money order) must cancel, at least, 72-hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a refund.
Cancellations must be made by 9/6/2010 6:00 PM
